Una infraestructura marina \u00fanica<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Estructuralment, El Bi\u00f2top consisteix en 38.000 tones de pedra de CaCO3<\/strong>, formant una estructura piramidal de 90 x 60 x 20 m<\/strong>. Situat sobre un fons sorrenc a 34 metres de profunditat<\/strong>, les seves caracter\u00edstiques permeten que sigui altament atractiu per a la visita de bussejadors recreatius.<\/p>

El Bi\u00f2top compta, a m\u00e9s, amb una ubicaci\u00f3 estrat\u00e8gica<\/strong>, ja que est\u00e0 situat a 1,5 milles de la costa de Torredembarra<\/strong>, entre h\u00e0bitats de roca natural, assegurant la seva integraci\u00f3 en l\u2019ecosistema mar\u00ed local.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

El Biotop no \u00e9s nom\u00e9s una col\u00b7lecci\u00f3 de roques sota l'aigua. El seu valor va molt m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de les seves dimensions f\u00edsiques. La hist\u00f2ria de la seva creaci\u00f3, la seva rica biodiversitat i el seu potencial com a lloc de recerca converteixen aquest escull artificial en un projecte \u00fanic al Mediterrani.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

El Bi\u00f2top de Torredembarra \u00e9s el resultat de m\u00e9s de 15 anys de treball dur, planificaci\u00f3 i perseveran\u00e7a impulsats per Miquel i Oriol, les forces motrius d'una iniciativa pionera al Mediterrani.<\/p>

El que va comen\u00e7ar com una visi\u00f3 ambiciosa finalment es va convertir en un projecte \u00fanic d'enginyeria ecol\u00f2gica marina, desenvolupat al llarg d'anys d'investigaci\u00f3, disseny, procediments reguladors i treball t\u00e8cnic fins que es va fer realitat.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

La complexitat de l'estructura crea nombrosos espais que proporcionen refugi, aliment i h\u00e0bitat per a una gran varietat d'esp\u00e8cies marines. Les comunitats d'algues, invertebrats i peixos comencen a prosperar entre les roques, trobant al Biotop un entorn m\u00e9s favorable i protegit.<\/p>

Amb el temps, la colonitzaci\u00f3 natural transforma gradualment l'estructura en un ecosistema din\u00e0mic i cada cop m\u00e9s divers, contribuint a millorar la biodiversitat i la connectivitat ecol\u00f2gica de la zona.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

El Biotop tamb\u00e9 ofereix l'oportunitat d'estudiar com evolucionen els ecosistemes marins associats a la infraestructura ecol\u00f2gica subaqu\u00e0tica. El seu disseny permet dur a terme tasques de seguiment cient\u00edfic relacionades amb la biodiversitat, la colonitzaci\u00f3 biol\u00f2gica, la qualitat ambiental i el comportament de diverses esp\u00e8cies marines.<\/p>
